Itinerary

Pickup from airport and drop at hotel you can also go to market by yourself by cab to the market. In the evening time you will get your bike for test ride and Marshall will give you briefing about the whole tour and how to ride in Ladakh roads overnight stay at Leh.

• Early morning breakfast.

• Head towards Nubra Valley via the World’s Highest Motorable road (5359 mt) Khardungla pass.

• Khardungla Pass, meaning the ‘Pass of Lower Castle,’ is located on the way from Leh to the Nubra Valley in Ladakh.

• Arrive at Nubra Valley the valley of flowers which is located to the north of Ladakh between the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges of Himalayas.

Check in to hotel and visit The White Sand Dunes (Cold Deserts of India) at Hunder.

You can also enjoy a camel safari and other adventure activities here (Self paid).

• Visit the diskit village and Monastery. Overnight stay with dinner

Wake up and after breakfast enroute towards Beautiful Turtuk, a remote village of about 4000 inhabited residents by ethnic Muslims, Line of Control between India and Pakistan, on the Indian side.

  • Spend some time in such a beautiful landscape of turtuk village and get relaxed
  • Exploring Ride back towards Nubra Valley.
  • Overnight stay and Dinner at Nubra..

• After Breakfast, start your journey to the famous Pangong Tso (lake) via Agam -Shayok villages.

• Pangong Lake: The picturesque lake is one of the amazing lakes in Asia.

• The long and narrow lake lies in the neighbourhood of the famous Chushul Mountains.

• The mirror-calm water is cold, clear though extremely salty.

• The crystal-clear lake shines in many shades of blue at an elevation of 4300 mt.

• In the evening, check in at your camps in Pangong.

• Dinner and overnight stay at the Camp/Cottages.

• After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Hanle.

• By crossing Chushul Village, Chushul War Memorial, Tsaga La (15,200 Ft)

• Enjoy the drive upto Hanle, which is home to the Indian Astronomical Observatory.

•The location of the village and the observatory are highly sensitive due to the close proximity of the Tibetan / Chinese border, India set up the Himalayan Chandra Telescope, a 2m gamma ray telescope. Once complete, the Major Atmospheric Cerenkov Experiment Telescope gamma ray telescope under construction will be the world’s largest telescope at the highest altitude and the second largest gamma ray telescope in the world. As per history, it is believed that King Singge Namgyal died here at Hanle while on his return from an expedition of Mongols.

• Enjoy the stay with locals at local guest house. Overnight stay at Hanle.

• After breakfast at Guest house drive to Umling La or Umlung La is a mountain pass in Ladakh.

• India on the ridgeline between Koyul Lungpa and the Indus River near Demchok.

• At an elevation of 5,640 metres (18,500 ft), it forms the source for the Umlung stream that drains into the Indus and a tributary of the Kiungdul river that drains into Koyul Lungpa. which ascends to a great height of 5,798.251 m (19,024 ft 0.73 in)

• In the vicinity of the pass, making it the world’s highest motorable road. After explore drive to Tsomoriri Lake cross Mahe Bridge, on the way to the Lake. Arrival at Korzok by late noon. Evening take a walk around the
Lake to enjoy the scenic beauty. Overnight stay at Korzok (Tsomoriri).

• After breakfast retrace the route down to Puga Sumdo and then follow the road across the Polokongka Pass (4920 mtrs) to visit Tsokar Lake, a Salt Lake system in the Rupsho plateau which is home of the Changa nomads and support many rare wild life species.

• After sightseeing of the area take the Manali-Leh road to return to Leh, crossing Taglang-la pass (alt: 17,585ft) en- route. Arrive at hotel in Leh for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast retrace the route you will be passing by the side of Indus river in between you can see Hall of fame , Pathar Sihab Gurudwara , Magnetic Hill , Sangam river (the confluence of Indus and Zanskar Rivers in Ladakh) in this you will be passing through 3 passes Sirsir la-Photoksar-Singe la overnight held night at Padum.

Start in the morning and drive through the beautiful Suru Valley.

• On the way, you will come across Parkachik Glacier. You have to take a detour if you want to visit Parkachik village.

• Panikhar is another beautiful village on the way.

• You will also get the views of the massive Nun and Kun peaks.

• Finally driving through Sankoo, reach Kargil for a night stay.

• After Breakfast leave for Srinagar by crossing the famous Pass of Srinagar – Leh highway i.e. Zoji-la pass.

• En-route to have a magnificent view of Kargil War Famous Peaks (Tiger, Tololing) & Kargil War Memorial.

• Visit Sonamarg.

• Reach Srinagar by evening and overnight stay in hotel with dinner.

• After breakfast Explore Srinagar.

• Fly back with good memories.

• Personal Medicines (if any) & few medicines for altitude sickness (a must)

• Power Banks (No Electricity at Sarchu, Pangong Tso & Jispa)

• Only post-paid numbers will work in Leh City & apart from that most of the area is no network zone

• No Refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations. However, If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

• If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

• If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

• In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity.

However, no refund will be provided for the same.

Gears

A rucksack bag and a day pack - 3-litre water bladder or water bottle.

 

Clothes

• A sun cap and a woollen cap, UV protected sunglasses
• One cotton long sleeves and 2 short sleeve t-shirt
• 1 fleece jacket
• 1 heavy Thick jacket/down jacket pair of gloves
• At least 2 long pants (trek pants and cargo pants are favourable)
• 4 sets of undergarments
• 2 pair of socks
• A small towel
• A rain jacket or a poncho.

 

Footwear

• Above-the-ankle waterproof and breathable hiking boots with good grip - Flip flops/sandal's

• One strip of Diamox - Glucose powder - Medicines for headaches - diarrhoea – motion and altitude sickness - Dettol - Bandages - Cotton

 

Personal Accessories

• Toothpaste, toothbrush - Paper soap or sanitizer - Sunscreen minimum of spf40, lip balm - cold creams - Body spray - LED torch light

  • REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT OF INR 5,000/- PER BIKE needs to be submitted before the start of the tour. (If any, damages in Bike, Helmet or Riding Gears the cost will be deducted from refundable security deposit of INR 5000/-)
